We are a small team consisting of 4 Immersive Media and Game Design Students, surviving on tea ^_^. The Circuit Breaker Period has affected us all in different ways and we are here today to tell you guys our personal experiences and what we miss about school!!!

Audrey: I miss the Each A Cup. I like having more time since we donā€™t have to travel or be in school. (Audrey is a woman of little words, so we will write more about what weā€™ve observed from out time together in school. ) We believe that Audrey works best at home, and so the Circuit Breaker hasnā€™t really changed much for her. Sheā€™s also kind of a germaphobe so sheā€™s happy to stay at home.

Erica: I miss drinking my multiple bubble teas a week from the Each A Cup in the library as well as the board game zone. Before the Circuit Breaker, I would spend a lot of time during my breaks there. I canā€™t wait to be able to get back to school and have fun with my friends again! Other than that, there is the milo from the vending machines, which would always be out of stock by the afternoon. I also miss being in school as I am a lot more productive in class. The environment is a lot quieter in school compared to at home and canā€™t wait to get back to the silence of school :ā€)

Other than that, Iā€™ve started playing animal crossing since the Circuit Breaker started and I use it to hangout with my friends on our islands. Even if we canā€™t meet up in person, we can still have fun online!

Eugene: I missed the atmosphere of the library as well as my ccas which are definitely not as fun at home compared to in person at school.

Used to drink tea and coffee in the morning at Foodclub, the hot drinks are pretty cheap and I kinda miss them T_T The bakery is also really nice c:

I feel like online learning is cool and all but it just isnā€™t the same without the physical interactions between the students and lecturer as well as like group work and like activities.

Donā€™t think Iā€™ll miss school food much though muhahah, maybe poolsidesā€™ renovation is finally complete?Edit: Cher says it looks better but no new stores >.<

Oh and of course who can forget about the bubble tea in the library, it’s pretty worthwhile and tasty :3

Taanya: I miss eating mala with my friends, it used to be a weekly thing for me and my friends. I also miss everything about my CCA, the music, the friends I can only meet there and even simple things like sleeping on the cca room floor. You can follow me at @ex0ticp0tat0

The Circuit Breaker may seem to be stretching out, but let’s all do our part and stay safe at home! Donā€™t forget a mask when you go outside too. Life will continue when it’s safe for everyone and as long as we all work together, things will slowly get better.

Stay safe,

From all of us at TeaSquared Studio
